Medicine is one of the  favourite choices of a  PG aspirant. Consequenty there are plenty of seats available in DNB and many of then are good for medicine.In medicine patient teaches you everything so main thing you need is good OPD and IPD. Hospital Beds ,ICU beds,ICCU Beds are directly related to the amout of exposure you get and your skill development. Both Government and Private hospitals will be good if they have  good OPD numbers and good IP setup.
