How many emergency duties per week and decribe work if possible.
Daily emergency duty.Emergency cases are dealt by residents only. Free hand for performing surgical procedure and good opportunity for learning for first year resident.
What all surgeries you have performed till now?
I have performed most of the basic surgeries grafts, local flaps, cleft and palate surgeries,
fascitomies, amputation, debridement, tendon repair, z plasty, ear reconstruction, brachial
plexus injury, orthognathic surgeries, fat grafting, liposuction, lymphedema surgeries,
microvascular surgeries, keloid, post burn scars and contracture, oncologic reconstruction and
gynecologic reconstruction, nerve repair and many more.
Are you allowed to touch the patient ? please describe the procedures you have done .
As a resident we manage complete ward and i have performed many procedures as mentioned
above. This is a fantastic place for surgical free hand.
How are the academics? any case presentations done? Please put a timetable if present.
Academic is good. One class and case presentation per week with teachings on OT tables.
How is the pass rate?? have your seniors passed.
All seniors till now have passed in first attempts.

61500 for first year. Then yearly raise . Accomodation is provided by hospital. One can live
outside also.

Department environment is healthy . Learning and surgical free hand is great. Consultants are
very supportive and seniors are also supporting.
Why did you chose this hospital? Give atleast 3 reasons or decribe in detail.
● I chose this hospital because i heard about it from a friend.
● Surgical learning is the better than most of the hospitals.
● Stipend and accomodation is good.
